1) THE MANAGEMENT TEAM THE PRODUCERSRyan Butler, Founder,
DigitalSocial Productions. Butler got his start in Myrtle Beach, SC at
WBTW TV-13 News when he was sixteen years old. From 1996-1997 he
worked for WBTW as a field photographer and live truck operator. WBTW
is the CBS affiliate for the Florence/Myrtle Beach, SC market (#116).
Shortly after leaving WBTW to pursue a BFA in film editing at North
Carolina School of the Arts, he went to work for WXII News Channel 12.
He was responsible for editing the entire 6PM and 11PM news cast on
Saturdays and Sundays. Most recently, in 1999, he completed a summer
internship working with a contractor for A&E Biography in Los
Angeles. Peter Zellmer, Co-Founder
DigitalSocial Productions. Zellmer is a Winston-Salem native. He
attended Bishop Mc Guinness High School and then North Carolina State
University. He is currently a filmmaking student at North Carolina
School of the Arts. Pervious works include a recently completed
documentary concerning the Dan River Prison Work Farm in Yanceyville,
NC. DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY Brian Nisbett, of SUI GENERIS IMAGE. Nisbett began capturing images in Norman, Oklahoma in 1995. From The University of Oklahoma, where he received an Honorable Mention for Narrative Film at The 1997 Student Media Arts Competition, Nisbett came to The North Carolina School of the Arts and is currently pursuing a BFA in Cinematography. He was a News 101 contributor in 1996 for ABC’s KFOR-TV, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (TV Journalism) and also received honors at The Oklahoma International Film Fest. Beyond moving image production, Nisbett is an avid still photographer: member, Ilfopro Photographer’s Association since 1997; honors include The Eighty Third Annual Arts Collective Competition (1997), College Student Show, Associated Artists Winston-Salem (1998). Recently, he worked on George Washington, an independent feature film by YouAndWhatArmy Filmed Challenges, Summer 1999. |
